What is Child Centred Play Therapy?

Nest & Nurture Play Therapy provides therapeutic programmes for children aged 3 to adolescence and their families.

What is Child Centred Play Therapy?

Play Therapy It is a one-to-one therapeutic process where a child or young person is supported to express themselves through play and be creative in a safe, therapeutic space. The playroom is equipped with therapeutic toys and creative materials that allow the child or young person to communicate feelings, experiences, and needs without pressure to use words. With the therapist responsive to and providing consistent support, the child or young person can process emotions, build confidence, and develop healthier ways of coping.
